Giant bats - Bats about the size of a medium car. They enjoy picking things up and dropping them. Random debris, people. Hope you're a good shot.
Acid pigeons - A carryover from the previous iteration of the City. They may look like your average flying pest, but they tend to spit acid if you get too close to their favorite statue. Better be ready to share that popcorn..
Armored canines - They run in packs, faster than ordinary dogs. They also can eat cars. Enough said.
Man-Eating Trees - Stay away from any kind of park. Just.. trust us on this one.
Giant Beetles
Dinosaurs! - A holdover from an event - the dinosaurs are here to say but in fewer numbers. So be careful exploring, you might run into a team of raptors in the woods, or spot a sauropod wandering down main street.
Giant Crabs
Nightgaunts:
Strange, faceless flying creatures that seem to exist only to harass and torture whatever prey they can find. Nightgaunts are pale, skeletal winged creatures with spine-covered bodies and long, spiked tails that gather in high, desolate areas or under cover of mist. When the fog comes, they hunt in packs, zeroing in on anything alive with the sole purpose of torturing it into an exhausted frenzy.
If bored enough, Nightgaunts may also conspire to pick up a victim and drop them into unpleasant or painful landing sites, though they seldom do this fatally. The creatures have an excellent sense for torture, and zero in on weaknesses with uncanny accuracy- Their spiked tails are extremely adept at finding holes in clothing and armor.
They never speak, communicate in any way, or eat. They vanish into the mist again once they grow bored of their game, or if driven off, and no nests or lairs have ever been found. They do, however, seem to prefer to retreat toward the island if tracked...
